For reporting bugs, please select "Report a Bug" from the Escape menu of Enshrouded. Make sure to include as much information as possible. You are most welcome to share screenshots and videos of the reported issue where applicable, as those can help us immensely with speeding up our investigations.
Should this not be possible, for example because the game is not starting, please use this form and make sure to include the following:
- A detailed description of your issue, with reproduction steps wherever possible
- Your DxDiag
For the dxdiag.txt, simply press the Windows key + R, type dxdiag and confirm, in the window that appears select "Save All Information...", and attach the file created in your report. - The game's log file
For the enshrouded.log file, right click on Enshrouded in your Steam library, hover over "Manage" and select "Browse local files". This should open your file browser within the games installation folder. There you will find a file named enshrouded.log. Please attach a copy of it to your report, as well as zip archive of "backup" folder. - Your save files
For your save files, enter the following into your file browser and hit enter:
%USERPROFILE%/Saved Games/
You will see a folder called "enshrouded". Please create a zip file of this folder and attach it in your ticket.
